The Metroball Dodgeball Society operates a year-round venue for people to come together, keep active and throw balls at each other. Currently we play on Wednesday nights from 7-9 pm at 755 Pandora Ave. We operate purely on a "drop-in" basis that is first come, first serve. Due to insurance purposes, and really, just because too many people means not enough playing time per person, we cap out at 24 people a night. We participate in, and have won several local tournaments such as Island Summer Games, VSSC, Westcoast Rec, and The Victoria Dodgeball Championships. We have played in exhibition games, most notably at halftime at the Eves of Destruction Roller Derby against The Zone team in front of 800 people. 

The Metroball Dodgeball society exists for the following reasons:

- To promote an active lifestyle and to provide alternative forms of inclusive co-ed recreation for urban residents.

- To provide the only non-profit dodgeball organization in Victoria, to encourage community building through team sports.
- To foster awareness of the importance of health and fitness in young adults.
- To highlight the importance of dodging and building a strong and agile population. 
- To provide a safe and fun venue for adults of all skill levels, to come out, have fun, and of course, play dodgeball!
